Payment for your online purchases shall be made via credit card, Paypal or other Company-approved payment method, as specified at the point of payment. By placing an order with us, you agree that we may charge your account the full purchase price, including all fees for shipping and all applicable taxes, immediately or, if you have elected an optional payment plan, in accordance with the payment plan schedule provided at the point of purchase.  All prices and other dollar amounts are listed in U.S. Dollars.

By placing an order with us, you represent and warrant that the credit card or payment account being used is yours, and/or that you are duly authorized to use the account, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CECE Group, L.L.C. and each of its officers, directors, employees, contractors, coaches, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (each, a “Company Releasee” and collectively, the “Company Releasees”) from any and all damages or losses of any nature or kind, including attorneys’ fees, that any Company Releasee may incur arising from any breach of or inaccuracy in the foregoing representation and warranty.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit or charge to your account in the amount of the charge. Images of Products on the Sites are for illustrative purposes only; actual Products may differ from such images.

We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product or service delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation or with course emails (like the spam folder stole it), it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

The Calculated Career JobLab ("JobLab"):

Refund Policy:

We want you to love this program and get tremendous success from it! We believe if you do the work and put everything we have taught you in action, you will have a data driven resume and the skills needed to get more interviews and job offers.

If you are dissatisfied with the program, here is what you must do: You must complete all of the modules in the JobLab course as well as all associated worksheets, complete your resume using one of the provided templates and prove you've had at least 2 people review and give you feedback. You must document that you've authentically networked with at least 3 people related to a job or company you are interested in. Finally, you need to complete 2 practice/mock interviews as the candidate/interviewee (family, friends, colleagues are all great mock interviewers). If you submit all completed worksheets, assessments, your completed resume, and a detailed log of your resume reviews, networking attempts, and practice interviews conversations via email before 6 months from date of purchase are complete, then we will happily refund you, no questions asked.

We put a tremendous amount of work and attention into this program, and expect you to do the same.

Please do not join this program unless you are serious about finishing it.

Submit any refunds to [email protected]

After 6 months from the date of purchase no refunds will be issued, because at some point you have to commit!

Payment policy:

You are responsible to pay for JobLab in full. If you select the payment plan option, your card will be charged the first payment when you register, and then will be charged once a month on the same day each month until payment is complete. If you miss a payment, within 7 days your account will be set as delinquent, and you will lose access to the program and any bonuses. If your account remains delinquent for more than 14 days CECE Group, L.L.C reserves the right to report any balance owed to a collections agency. If the account is restored to good standing, access will again be provided.

To be clear, JobLab is not a membership program or subscription model where you can cancel at any time or simply pay for one part of the program. The program is a robust and immersive experience that builds on itself, and we offer a payment plan option only for your convenience.
